I am so happy you’re here!

Even as a teenager I imagined my birth at home in the water, I don’t even know where this idea came from because I didn’t know anyone who had done birth this way. When I got pregnant before I planned I didn't think it was attainable to have a home birth. But I set out to learn all about birth and planned a natural birth. At 22 weeks I was blessed to switch to midwifery care and plan that beautiful water birth I had envisioned. It was a breathtaking and beautiful experience, that I believe every woman deserves to experience. I also witnessed 2 very traumatic hospital births as a photographer and knew that I needed to make a change. I knew women deserved much more than what the hospital gives them. So I created Birth Without Fear. I believe every woman deserves birth free of fear. Every woman deserves a birth without intervention. Every woman deserves a beautiful, natural, amazing birth. I want to equip moms with the knowledge to have the confidence to stand up for themselves in any given situation. I wanted to create a place moms can come listen and read information. If you want the truth you have to dig and dig. You have to read, watch and listen way to much stuff. I created a place where you can find All the information on everything birth and crunchy mom related! It’s not going to be a wealth of information at first, but I hope in years to come Birth Without Fear has all the information, stories, community etc.. for moms to feel fully equipped and supported. I am currently pregnant with my second baby and am planning a free birth, as I have dove into this journey I have noticed the lack of community that share the values that I share, as a follower of God involving him in my Freebirth is a top priority, so I wanted to create community for other mamas with the same wants!
