Get the birth you deserve
EQUIp yourself with the KNOWLEDGE
Learn to trust in yourself and God, to lean into your intuition and get the birth you deserve
In the hospital setting the doctors panic at any sight of things not being “normal”. They stop letting things be natural and start intervening with the maternal way of birthing. And one intervention can lead to problem after problem. Birth doesn’t need to be medical. The thing is the biggest problem with birth is outsourcing your intuition. We know in our bodies when things are right and wrong. But when you’re relying on someone else to tell you this you might doubt your intuition. Our podcast and blog are great ways to learn through stories of other births to help you feel less fear with your birth and more confidence.
Work through past trauma & Emotional blockers
Have you had a traumatic birth in the past. Has it encouraged you to peruse a more natural birth? Or… terrified you that if you would’ve not been in the hospital it would’ve been much worse?
Either way birth trauma from your birth or someone else’s birth is not something you want to hold on to. Let’s work through it together.
I’m also very passionate about working through emotional issues throughout pregnancy so that they don’t become blockers during birth.
